Popper was surrendered by his breeder as he needs surgery for Persistent Right Aortic Arch. We are accepting donations for this expensive procedure ( $2600) which will be done on the 26th of October. Currently, Popper weighs 4 pounds as he is unable to digest his food properly. The vet expects him to have a full recovery and to live a happy and normal life after surgery.
